At CheckSeoRank, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Because we offer digital services with immediate access, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis within the guidelines below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Only the most recent subscription charge is eligible for a refund.
- One refund per customer per lifetime of the account.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at our contact page with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your PayPal transaction ID or order reference.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original PayPal account.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Renewal charges where the user was notified in advance via email.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial month usage — we do not prorate refunds for unused subscription days.
- Free plan or trial accounts (no charge was made).
PayPal Payments
All payments on CheckSeoRank are processed securely through PayPal. Refunds are issued back to the original PayPal account used at purchase. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund on your account statement after we process the request from our side.
You may also escalate a dispute directly through PayPal's resolution center, though we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly and directly.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the 30-day guarantee window.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
